We left Silver Legacy on Tuesday and it was delivered Monday.. it is nice to know the employees at Silver legacy are honest. Thank you for locating my lost phone so quickly, I am grateful. I made my return trip Saturday and located the correct lost and found. I was very disappointed to find that although my item was at the lost item was there no one working could return it to me before I caught my next flight. In addition although I contacted American lost and found again promptly Monday it took another business day to reach UPS. With so many flights on American it would be nice to be able to retrieve items in route. Thank you again for having a system in place, I hope my input is useful in improving the process. I will try very hard not to use lost and found again.
